GolliCRAFT City RP Laws
The following laws most be followed by every citizen on the server in order to keep our community on track:
This is a list of laws and regulations that applies to all citizens and their properties in the world of GolliCraft. The breaking of any of these laws and regulation can result in one of more punishments like fines, confiscation, or prison time. If someone is found breaking multiple laws they can face harsher punishments for every new crime, even getting temp or permanently banned.
The possession, use, production, marketing, or trading of any of the following items is prohibited:
The possession, use, production, marketing, or trading of any non-registered versions of the following or face punishment.
Swords Of Any Material
All property owners must register any mining and farming lands that exceed the local restrictions or face punishment
All members of GolliCraft must follow local building regulations or obtain permission to surpass them by a relevant member of GolliCraft staff for that area.
The theft of any citizen’s property by a person or group is a punishable offence.
Any citizen of GolliCraft found to be on personal property of another member without permission is a punishable offence.
The murder, or attempted murder of any member of GolliCraft is prohibited.
The assault or battery of any member of GolliCraft is prohibited.
The vandalizing of any property is prohibited.
The repetitive harassment of any member of GolliCraft on any GolliCraft platform will not be tolerated.
Any extortion of any member of GolliCraft will not be tolerated.
The act of encouraging any criminal activities is a punishable offence.
The act of disturbing the peace with intent is a punishable offence.
Any member found to be evading or avoiding local and federal taxes may face punishment.
All citizens must pay the federal tax of 10% any time they pull money into their personal accounts from a business account they have control over for personal gain.
All staff must pay the federal tax of 25% any time they pull money into their personal accounts from a business account they have control over for personal gain.
The act of resisting official legal punishments is a punishable offence.
